At Artist Jun Studio, each piece is handcrafted wearable art created in limited quantities or as a one-of-a-kind work.
We strive to provide a clear and fair return process while respecting the unique nature of every piece.
Return Eligibility
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery, provided all of the following conditions are met:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- All original packaging must be included (box, pouch, tags, and accompanying materials)
- A return request must be submitted and approved before any item is sent back
❗ Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
How to Request a Return

Please include:
- Your order number
- The reason for the return
- Photos of the item if it arrived damaged or incorrect
If approved, return instructions and address will be provided by our support team.
Return Shipping
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide a suitable resolution which may include a replacement, repair, refund, or covered return shipping where applicable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for return shipments lost in transit.
Refunds
Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time is typically 5–10 business days depending on the provider
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless item is defective or incorrect
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different piece, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photographs of the item and packaging.
We will review the issue and provide a suitable solution. In some cases, a return may not be required.
Important Notes
- All returns require prior authorization
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted
- Sale items, gift cards, and custom/commissioned pieces are non-refundable
- We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet policy conditions
