At Artist Jun Studio, each piece is handcrafted wearable art created in limited quantities or as a one-of-a-kind work. We strive to provide a clear and fair return process while respecting the unique nature of every piece.

💡 Return Eligibility

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery, provided all of the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • All original packaging must be included (box, pouch, tags, and accompanying materials)

  • A return request must be submitted and approved before any item is sent back

❗ Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The reason for the return

  • Photos of the item if it arrived damaged or incorrect

If your request is approved, detailed return instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided by our support team.

🚚 Return Shipping

For returns based on personal preference or change of mind, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, refund, or covered return shipping where applicable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for return shipments lost during transit.

💰 Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the outcome of your refund request.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing times typically range from 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect

🔁 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different piece, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

🛠 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photographs of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution. Depending on the circumstances, a return may not be required.

  • All returns require prior authorization

  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted

  • Sale items, gift cards, and custom or commissioned pieces are non-refundable

  • We reserve the right to decline any return that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy
