Each piece is handcrafted and often made in limited or one-of-a-kind editions. For this reason, we carefully review all return requests on a case-by-case basis.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.

We will review your case and provide a suitable solution.

In certain cases where a return is approved, the item must be returned in its original condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. All returned items must be shipped back to our studio.

Due to the international nature of shipping, return delivery times and customs processing may vary depending on the destination country.

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet the above conditions.
