As many works are handcrafted, limited in quantity, or created as one-of-a-kind pieces, processing times may vary slightly depending on the item.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.
Certain made-to-order, customized, or limited-edition works may require additional preparation time. Where applicable, extended processing times will be indicated on the product page.
Orders are processed on business days only.
Shipping Services
We offer tracked shipping for both domestic and international destinations. Shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and costs are shown at checkout based on destination.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated transit times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days
- International Shipping: 10–21 business days

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent.
Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear in the carrier system.

If a package is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
Risk of Loss
Responsibility for the package transfers upon confirmed delivery to the provided address.
After delivery confirmation, any loss, theft, or damage must be addressed with the carrier.
