At Artist Jun Studio, each piece is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure it arrives safely and in its intended condition.

As many works are handcrafted, limited in quantity, or created as one-of-a-kind pieces, processing times may vary slightly depending on the item.

📦 Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

Certain made-to-order, customized, or limited-edition works may require additional preparation time. Where applicable, extended processing times will be indicated on the product page.

Orders are processed on business days only.

🌍 Shipping Services

We offer tracked shipping for both domestic and international destinations.

Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and shipping costs are displayed at checkout based on the delivery destination.

⏱ Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated transit times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days

  • International Shipping: 10–21 business days

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary depending on destination, carrier performance, customs processing, seasonal demand, and other circumstances outside our control.

📍 Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent.

Tracking updates may require up to 48 hours to become visible within the carrier's system.

🌐 Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by local authorities.

Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Customs processing times may vary and are outside our control.

⚠️ Delivery Issues

Artist Jun Studio is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Customs authorities

  • Weather conditions

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

If your package appears significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in working with the carrier to investigate the shipment.

📬 Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

📌 Risk of Loss

Responsibility for the package transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.

If delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, any subsequent loss, theft, or damage may need to be addressed directly with the carrier.
